Hello all,

I am very excited to join this community. I’ve considered real estate investing for some time now and decided 2022 was the time to put all my focus into it. Currently I am in Florida, where I would like to start investing too.

Welcome to BP @Henry Castillo. I go to Florida every year to spring training. Mainly Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, and West Palm to watch the Mets and the other teams based around there. What area of the state are you in?
