Hello everyone, 

This is my first post. I'm in the Murfreesboro, TN area which is near Nashville, TN. I didn't decide to make this new year of 2022 as my resolution to start and learn more about trying to be a real estate investor. However, I did decide to join and take ACTION of wanting to do more and to become a real estate investor. I believe I read enough books already, but as of now, I need to take action.

I'm totally new into this atmosphere and my current job is an Inside Sales Rep.
