Getting started with Real Estate

Hello, I'm a recent college with my Bachelor's in Accounting. I'm not getting much success at the moment and it's hard to get a decent job without a certain amount of experience in the field. Real Estate is something that I always wanted to do just didn't know where to start. I've heard (Wholesaling) is a pretty easy way to get started in the industry, but I've also heard that (Fix & Flips) are pretty good when you have a decent to good amount of money. I watch a lot of YouTube at times to get information on real estate but some things aren't explained in details, the material is very complex. Can someone help me get started please?
