Good morning everyone and Happy New Year!  

I am brand new to real estate and have a goal to purchase at least one property in 2022 in the Syracuse, NY area.  My preferred property would be a multi-family in and around the Syracuse, NY area.  

Looking for anyone in the area with experience in this market.
