How do I Analyzing 100 Deals?

Good afternoon!

I am a new investor and been studying the books, listening to the podcasts and surfing through the forums. I will be doing all my investing at distance since the current market I am in isn't in my goals. I have been repeatedly hearing "run 100 reports on the market you are looking in so you can know how to identify a deal with you see one". Would anyone have a resource for what I should be looking into for the 100 deals?

I am a Pro member (I figured it is a solid investment). It would be unfortunate to plug in wrong information into the calculators because I don't know the potential Rehab costs and how to determine the ARV.

Any tips, tricks, recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

Happy New Year!
