Airbnbing near Myrtle beach, SC

Hello! I am very interested in purchasing a property near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for both personal use and to rent on Airbnb or Vrbo.  Would love to find a duplex if possible, and relatively close to the beach (walking distance, or 5 - 10 minute drive).  Looking for a family style community, and property managed would be a huge plus.  I'm from PA so not very familiar with the SC area.  Any real estate agents familiar with the Myrtle Beach area, and can give some recommendations?
