Hi,
I'm Kat. I moved to S. FL over a year ago from LI, NY. I bought my 1st foreclosure Dec 2020 but struggling with flipping the property. I'm here to learn how to do better with future properties.
One fact about me is I love basketball and enjoy catching a game at MSG or Barclays.
