I am new but not new, coming back for more

Hello, my name is Andrew.

I started listening to the BP podcast in the spring of 2019 and was blessed to be able to purchase my first house in December of 2019. The house was already being house hacked by its previous owners so it was an easy transition to collect rent and become the landlord. I strayed away from BP so that I could learn from first hand experience but now I am back. I look forward to staying on longer and contributing more to the forums as well as giving updates!
