Introduction to this wonderful community

I wanted to say hello and introduce myself.  I wear multiple hats in my world.  I am a residential real estate broker that simply helps clients buy/sell/flip/invest.  Also, I am founder of a brokerage so I mentor a lot of realtors.  Lastly, I am an avid investor that currently has 6 doors with a variety of types of rentals.  (AirBnb, ADUs, two unit building, condo, etc.).  I am super excited to discover BiggerPockets with a goal to learn and interact as much as possible to help with my investments and family choices moving forward.
