My husband and I own 7 condos in Texas and 5 in Nigeria. We purchased all of them with cash and have, no mortgage including our home, we are renting the ones in Texas out for rental income. I am here to learn more about creative financing, wholesale properties, passive investing, and flipping. Of course anything else to help us increase our portfolio and generational wealth legacy.
