REI Meet Up Question
I have begun to host REI Meetups in my local community. Our basic framework is about 30 minutes of networking, 15 minutes of going around the room and everyone introducing themselves and what their experience is or what they're looking for in the real estate space, and then a speaker who speaks for 30-45 minutes and Q&A. For anyone else who hosts REI Meetups or has been to a great one, what is a framework that you have found to be successful and enjoy? Also, what have been some solid topics for speakers to talk about?
