New landlord from Granbury,Tx

Hey guys. My name is Brandon Holtzinger. I bought (financed) my first house 12 years ago and have been living in it until last month. It is now my first rent house and I am learning as I go. I rented it out starting 9/1/2013. I can already tell that I am going to learn a lot from this site.

My goal is to pay off 2 small loans I have early next year and then start working on purchasing rent house number 2.

I have lots of questions that I will be asking in the forum that is kind of specific to my situation in life and other general questions. I will try to search the forum first, but I am sure I will ask a question or two that has been answered a million times.
