Hello Bigger Pockets community! I'm excited to finally join the community and am looking forward to working together as we all make the journey in the real estate world. One thing I have been looking for is an online real estate group that meets occasionally to discuss all sorts of topics - especially rookie investor friendly. I'm located in the Northern Alabama/Southern Tennessee area and I have not been able to find local Real Estate Invester Groups in my area. I'm still working to put together my team early in 2022 and plan to have my first multi-family property under contract in Q3/Q4 2022.

I enjoy reading and focusing on my financial/investment education, so as a way to break the ice, if you have favorite books, blogs or podcasts, I'd love to hear about them!
