Hello BP! My name is Johnathan, I am 30 and my wife is 29. I work full time at Cargill Inc. on third shift my wife Jennifer is a teacher and we started our real estate company in 2008. It started with our first home we bought, after I returned from Iraq. We had a opportunity to move out live for free and rent our house out we have been hooked ever since. We own a two single family homes, two doubles and two four units. We no longer live for free as we have our own home again and are raising two awesome boys 3 and 1. We want to continue to buy and hold properties until retirement comes around and sell out. Our next step in business and goal is to start a private lending business, and keep this business going through retirement. Which is why I am here at BP. I have found it is hard to get questions answered about this business. If anybody has any advice on this in the state of Ohio it would be much appreciated. Thanks and look forward to learning and growing from all of your guys knowledge!
