New Member Here (Kind of)
Hello Group,
I joined this site a few days ago but I haven't introduced myself to the group yet because I have been attempting to listen to ALL of the Podcasts (I have 15 more to go!). My name is Mack and I live in Houston, Texas. I have been reading about real estate and owning rental property for the last 2 years but have wanted to enter the industry for the last 14 years. I am not looking to quit my job tomorrow or own 10 properties in 5 months. I want to grow steadily and learn all I can.
I will end this by saying I have been thoroughly impressed by what I have read here FOR FREE. To think I was about to pay to join an expensive group when I KNOW I will get more industry insight from being a member of BiggerPockets! (Sorry about being so long winded but I am really excited about not being afraid to FINALLY following a dream of mine!)
