I am relatively new to the area (5 years), originally from San Diego where we still own properties. I am actively investing in Colorado and other states.

Networking is a huge key to sucess and I would like to find as many other like minded people as possible.

Right now I have more deals and leads than I have time for, partly because of comitments to other business opportunity and full time job, plus my family! I need to expand my private lender resources.
