Greetings from Richmond, I have joined BP to learn more about strategies, analysis and finance options for RE investments.

I just sold a rental that I had converted to a personal residence and I am interested in purchasing another property. I've done a bit over the years but never with any real strategy and it is high time for me to grow and wise up.
