Looking to network in Fort Wayne

Hi! My name is Adam, my family and I just moved to Fort Wayne. I'm originally from Indiana, but spent the last 18 years living abroad in Japan, South Korea, and Thailand. I lead the product management team for an HR Technology company based out of Philly.

I spent the last 6 months learning everything I can about investing in real estate. After listening to the first 200 BP podcasts, I kept hearing person after person answer that the #1 differentiator between those that make it in real estate vs. those that don't is, "taking action". So my wife, Kate, and I jumped in with both feet and have picked up two properties in the area. One SFR (3/2 on Rudisill) in Fort Wayne and a tri-plex in Nappanee (small little town outside of South Bend).

I'm sure we are making some rookie mistakes and will need to really focus on building out our team. Right now I'm hunting for a local bank to begin building a relationship with. Any recommendations or tips about Fort Wayne would be greatly appreciated! Would also love to meet up with anyone in the area for coffee or lunch as well, my treat!
