Newbie from Colorado Springs

Hi,

My name is Rick Mann and I am from Colorado Springs. My wife and I have finally agreed on something, if you've been married for a while you know how rare this is. lol

We have decided that we would like to invest in real estate but are not yet sure what area of investing we want to do. We are looking at all our options and what fits our personality and financial position the best.

My wife is a stay at home mom and I am an insurance agent licensed in about 35 states. I write property and casualty for the company I work for.

For anyone who may be familiar with the market I am in I would be interested to know what your experiences, and thoughts are concerning the, or at least your best real estate investment options.

We have been researching for the last month or so and trying to find good information and fell upon this site yesterday. I am very happy to have found it, looks like my kind of site, one which I can learn from and hopefully give back to.
