New Investor in the Lehigh Valley

Hi everyone,

I'm from the Allentown, PA area and I'm looking to purchase my first investment property in the Lehigh Valley. 

I've had pretty good success on fixing and selling my first home (5 years ago) but really wish I had kept it as a rental. So, real estate is something I've wanted to do for a long time now and I finally feel I'm ready to jump in. My ultimate goal is to build a buy-and-hold portfolio.
