Hey everyone! I’m Brent!

I am super new to the property investment business. My plan is to buy and hold homes in my SW Florida area to make enough cash flow that I don’t have to rely on my W2 income to take care of my bills ( which is property almost everyone’s goal lol ) if there is anyone in my area or even just wants to share a good QUICK TIP I would love to hear your feedback, warnings, funny stories, mistakes, or just stop by and say hello! I am currently waiting till spring next year to make my first deal and at this moment trying to educate myself. I am reading  rich dad poor dad, and listening to BP podcasts. Is it beneficial to be listening to the older podcasts? Or are we in a totally different market that 2013 BP shows are kinda outdated? Again hello everyone and hope your having a wonderful week!
