Evaluating Deal in Lafayette

Hi all!

I'm new to BP and trying to get into things, so I hope this is the right place to be asking this.

I've been working with some family in Lafayette to evaluate a possible off-market lead, but we're getting stuck on evaluating rent numbers to see whether this is worth pursuing. Does anyone have a recommendation for a PM or someone else who knows the area and can give us some help?
