Looking for a Colorado cabin
It's a hot seller's market and it's stressful. I'm looking for something log on at least 5 acres with a garage or outbuilding. I own a few residential rentals in the Denver metro area but, after managing them for years I would rather have something I can enjoy with my family. Let's get creative. I just want a fair and friendly deal and am willing to pay top dollar. If you have a cash flowing AirBnb that is even better. Please send me anything that might come close to my 'wish list'.

Update! I got what I was looking for, a log cabin in Fairplay on 5 acres and lake front to boot! I lumped together the equity from 5 rentals and qualified for a big LOC. That allowed me to be competitive in that 2021 market by offering cash. Also did a reverse 1031, sold 2 rentals after buying the cabin. Then got long term financing on the cabin right before rates went crazy. My family has been able to enjoy it and it's now an established cash flowing STR. And It appraised 200k higher than purchase price.....It helps to write down your goals!
