Wanna find a good insurance agency
I'm looking for a great insurance agency. Somewhere/someone that takes care of my insurance needs, looking out for where I have gaps, if I need to update any values, etc.. year after year. I'm not an insurance expert, so I need one.
I have someone now that basically sends me a renewal every year and that's it. I just found out she has one of my duplexes listed as a primary residence for almost two years now, plus my actual primary residence. I also asked her about adding an umbrella policy that she never got around to so I went and found one myself. Just generally not happy with the level of service I'm getting, I'd like someone that knows rentals if possible. I only have 3 rentals and my primary right now, but we plan to add more through the years of course.
