Question on Public Trustee Sale in Colorado

I will be attending my first Trustee sale in Mesa County this week.  Although I have purchased hundred and hundreds of properties, this will be my first foray into Colorado.  Any suggestions or tips other than the obvious title search ?  Do y'all bring cashir's checks made payable to yourself ?
