Expert Witness Needed

Hello Bigger Pockets users -

I signed up to use Bigger Pockets a little while back for my own real estate investing education. Now I want to see if the investing community can help me out with something. I am an attorney in Oklahoma. I have a lawsuit in Colorado involving a Colorado property. The seller failed to disclose several known defects in the residential disclosure form.

I need someone who could testify as an expert to the diminution in value based on the seller's failure to disclose (i.e. what kind of discount would a potential buyer have been looking at had the defects been properly disclosed). Can anyone help me or point me to someone who can?

Matt
