Hey all! 

Moving up to Colorado in 2 months and want to meet/talk with any realtors, investors, developers and builders in the area, or with knowledge of the area. 

I have to find somewhere to live and invest in and am so far, striking out! Tough market. 

Any suggestions on who to talk to?
