Denver/Boulder investor looking for work
Hello everyone. After spending the last two months educating myself about this industry, I have come to the realization that I cannot teach myself everything there is to know. I have a 9-5 day job that I'm willing to walk away from, but I have a family and need to sustain them while I break into the business. My goals are to become a full time fix and flipper. I love the process of running a job site and seeing a project go from an idea to a finished product. My current employment has given me the education I need to find and manage subcontractors.
The reason for the post is I'm seeking a job in the Front Range with an investor to help achieve my goals and theirs. I have potential private family money, but I have to either prove my own ability with a successful hard money flip or partner with someone who has experience before I can have access to it. I am a hard worker and am very motivated to make my way in this industry. If anyone has any position available, please contact me and we can see if I'm a fit for your company. Thank you.
