How to wholesale real estate out of high school?

Ryan Ponzo

Hello everyone hope all is well. My name is Ryan and I am from California finishing up high school, and graduating in the upcoming months. Next year I will be going to college with no money so I turn to here for advice. Being a real estate wholesaler would be a great way to earn income while doing college but I do not know where to start and have little knowledge. Any recommend wholesaling courses,or books?

@Ryan Ponzo

You’re in the right place. Time to put in the work! Search the forums, read the blog posts, listen to every podcast you can.
I guarantee you are not the first or the last person to ask for the easy answer to making quick money by wholesaling. I’m sure someone will try to sell it to you as well. The more important lesson will be learning how to find the answers yourself and fall in love with the learning process. A little research would probably reveal a wholesaler in your area that is successful. The podcasts will give you many different ideas as to how to provide value to them so you could learn their trade. Most importantly, you’ll be a lot more committed to the venture than if someone came on here and told you to just read this book or buy that class.

Best of luck with your adventure and with college. Good to see someone interested at such a young age.
