Does anyone think the real estate prices will go down in Spring?

I want to buy a duplex in the bay area, but should I wait and see if prices go down next year?  I could buy now, but it's an equity investment, and I don't want to see the value decrease in 2021. The market is still going strong, but I wonder if that will change with people moving out of the bay, and so many out of work.  Curious to hear your opinion (be specific to CA Bay Area, as it's unique to the rest of CA, and the country).  Thank you!
