I got an offer accepted on my first property in LA. I am currently working to make sure I get good inspectors and estimates for my inspection period. 

Inspectors needed: 

  • General Inspector 
  • Foundation
  • Pest 

Estimates/Inspections:

  • Electricity
  • Plumbing
  • Flooring
  • ADU - Garage Conversion
  • Paint
