San Diego Attorney Question on Evictions
Is it still possible to evict tenants right now during CoVID and during the moratorium extension... IF it’s due to the homeowner making “substantial improvements” to the property.. Pulling permits, etc.?
Scenario: Buyer looking to purchase distressed duplex, tenants are currently occupying & paying rent. Buyer looking to do a full remodel & then raise rents substantially.
Thanks
