Hiring Agents/Consultants to Appeal Property Tax Assessments

Anyone have a good recommendation or referral on an agents or consultant to appeal property tax assessments on commercial properties?  In Santa Clara County, the current 2020/2021 tax year is based on assessed value as of Jan 1, 2020 so probably not much downward adjustment given January was pre-Covid and the market was still hot.  I filed the appeals myself during the 2009-2012 recession but figured hiring a real pro might yield better results than doing it myself.
