I want to reach out to the community hoping to receive any advice about Real Estate in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA.  

ORIGINALLY FROM THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY, PARENTS CURRENTLY LIVE IN COVINA CA. I AM 20 YEARS OLD ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY FINISHING UP MY TIME IN JAPAN GETTING READY TO FINISH MY TIME IN SERVICE ELSEWHERE. 

I AM VERY FAMILIAR AND KNOWLEDGABLE WITH REAL ESTATE INVESTING AND LOOKING TO MOVE FURTHER AND SEEKING TO HEAR FROM INVESTORS IN THE CALIFORNIA AREA ON HOW I SHOULD BEGIN? 

WHICH AREAS HAVE THE REPUTATION FOR CASH FLOW?

WHICH AREAS ARE BEST FOR FLIPS?

WHICH AREAS ARE BEST TO EXECUTE A HOUSE HACK WITH A MULITFAMILY?
