Hi BP community,

I'm a buy and hold investor considering the leap into development. I recently acquired a 4 unit property that sits on a larger plot of undeveloped land zoned for up to 30 residential units. Based on my research so far, building is not going to generate the best ROI. I'd love to hear from anyone building in Northern CA that might be able to offer another angle. Thanks!
