Looking for RE Agent in Los Angeles

Hello All, 

I'm looking for a real estate agent in the Los Angeles area who has expertise in the Northeast Los Angeles region, South Central, West Los Angeles, basically all of LA, but if you have knowledge about these particular places it would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a SFH with an ADU or something that can be converted into an ADU. Also open to MFH duplex-fourplex. But my main search is for SFH with ADU. If anyone has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.
