Hello BP fam! Finally overcame my analysis paralysis, took daily actions, and finally found my first project in south LA. Since it's an older house built in early 1900s, I need to do some rehab although nothing too major. I am in need of a contractor who's reliable and someone I can build relationship with going forward. Any recommendations and even tips are appreciated.
