We're selling to another member of the family and neither of us have a full service real estate agent. Is there anyone that can help us and what would this type of service cost?

Yes.  In MN my brother found a realtor willing to be the “coordinator” for $500 and used him. In Vegas 2-3% on a $425k house ($10,000) seemed INSANE for MAYBE 2 hours work.

On the seller’s end it was literally drop off sales contract at title company, give appraiser access to house, sign closing dox. Less than an hour total.

The buyer dropped off EMD, dealt with their lender, and signed closing dox, maybe 2 hours.
