Am I liable for unsecured tax bill from previous owner.

We bought our house in Riverside county in 2017, county web site shows 2 unpaid unsecured tax bills from previous owner issued in 2004 and 2005. What I should do?

Talk to an attorney and work with them to file a claim with your title insurance company
