Changing Title from Joint Tenants to Tenants in Common - CA

Has anyone done this lately or familiar with the process?

I own a few rentals with my brother and we have them titled as Joint Tenants with right of survivorship but want to change them to TIC's

No other name to be added or removed.

Can it be done with a Quitclaim Deed and if so anything else required?

Thanks in advance
