Los angeles Tax Deed Sale
The Los Angeles tax deed auction is coming up soon and I was
wondering if anyone has any experience regarding getting pre-auction
deals. From my experience in the San Bernadino tax sale, it seems that
many properties on the initial list do not make it to auction and the
ones that do get way overbid. Either people end up finding money or an
investor comes and swoops the deal before the auction. There are so many
properties on the list, I was wondering how you decide which houses to target and knock on the door. Any success stories, please feel free to share.
I am going to be knocking on doors the upcoming month. If anyone wants to combine efforts and make deals together, send me a message!
