Looking to network with out of state investors in Bay Area

Hello everyone,

I am a young working professional in San Francisco, but very motivated to start on my real estate portfolio as I've saved up a bit of cash. My main goal is to find cash flowing properties in the midwest and grow my portfolio using the BRRRR method.

I'm looking to network with other investors in the Bay Area that invest out of state or attend any meetup events that are more focused on this topic.
