Uncle Wants Out - Pittsburg, CA
Hello BP's,
My situation is as follows;
I own my home in Pittsburg, CA going on four years now. My uncle owns a home in Pittsburg, CA but resides out of state and he is now looking to sell his home that my parents currently rent. I am interested in acquiring the home so my parents can continue living there. Of course my uncle is looking to get top dollar for his home as it is paid off and he is looking to invest in a new home in his new state. The home is in need of extensive repairs and I am prepared to acquire it as is. What I'm looking for is some ideas or options as to how I can go acquiring the home beyond a conventional loan?
