What additional sources of income can I use to get a larger loan?
I am trying to get a larger loan amount from the bank for a property, but have been denied and counter-offered multiple times. I am located in the state of California
Besides Income from an Occupation, what additional sources of income can I use to show to a bank to qualify for a larger loan amount?
Could these be included?
-Roth IRA
-Life Insurance
-529 Plan
-Outside Investments in Stock or Crypto
