RE agent-looking for a flipper/investor partner in LA/Burbank

I am a newer real estate agent in the Los Angeles area and I am looking to team up with an investor/flipper. I doorknock on a regular basis and have several leads for flips but no team in place yet. I currently doorknock in Burbank/North Hollywood area but I am open to going all over LA as well.
