Needing CPA Referral in SF Bay Area

Hi, I have a property currently under contract and just closed on a smaller commercial property. I have a standard CPA, but I would like to work with a knowledgeable Real Estate, investor type, CPA. I have a couple unique and very cool situations, additional, so I want to make sure everything is aligned right regarding taxes with business structure.
