Three Lake front properties question

Can someone please direct me to a website that can help me?

I have a home on the shores of Clearlake located in Lakeport, CA 95453 that I want to sell. There is a home next-door also for sale and another one on the other side that they are thinking of selling.

So I thought there may be someone out there that would want to buy all three properties and build their dream home. It might even be possible to create a lakefront business reached by boat or car, would need to check the zoning to confirm.

Having three properties come on the market next to each other all at the same time is very rare in this area.

4200 Lakeshore Blvd. It’s not on the market, yet.

You can’t get normal financing on the other two homes below due to the age and type of construction.
4190 Lakeshore Blvd. MLS # LC17100627. Lot is .29 acres with a 1200 sf 2bd 2bath home listed for $299K.
4180 Lakeshore Blvd. MLS # 21805246. Lot is .27 acres with a 1248 sf 2bd 2bath home listed for $259,900.

Can anyone tell me how I could get this information in front of the right target audience?

Lakeport CA is located 3 hours North of San Jose, CA.
