Any one familiar with Viet town commercial condo in San Jose?

I'm thinking of purchasing a commercial condo in Viet town shopping center, San Jose. I'm quite clueless about commercial property, so just throw this out to see if there is anyone familiar with it? Any advices are appreciated :-).

Also, please recommend a commercial broker / agent in San Jose area.
