HELOC on investment property in CA?
Hello BP-
Anyone know of banks that will do HELOC on investment property in CA?
I have a rental in San Jose, Bay Area, CA with 54% LTV on primary mortgage. Was looking for 70-75% LTV HELOC.
Closest I found was Union bank at 65% LTV with 7!!!!% rate
Thanks!!!

They do 80% LTV and 5.5% interest, process was very easy and took just under a month
