How much is landlord insurance for condos in the Los Angeles area

Hi there,

I'm trying to evaluate a potential property in LA, it's a townhouse. I usually invest in the midwest so I don't have a sense for how much Landlord insurance in the LA area is, and is it even possible to obtain for a townhouse or condo vs. a SFR?
